Tina Yim

Overview

Tina Yim is a Partner at CMBG3 Law and is licensed in California.

Tina has over 17 years of litigation and trial experience in the areas of toxic torts and landlord / tenant issues. Tina has taken several cases to trial during her career, and her clients range in size from small family business to large contractors, premises owners, and manufacturers. She serves as the Toxic Torts Subcommittee Chair for the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California and Nevada (ADCNC) and is a member of the Mock Trial Committee, which assists the BASF Diversity & Pipeline’s Mock Trial Program. In addition, Tina is a volunteer attorney and provides pro bono services for the AIDS Legal Referral Panel and for the San Francisco Eviction Defense Project.

In addition to her litigation experience, Tina devotes her legal skills to assisting people looking to start or expand a family in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). She has devoted countless hours helping families navigate the complex and stressful issues that arise during surrogacy.
