Overview

Samantha Potts is a Litigation Paralegal at CMBG3 Law.

Samantha launched her legal career at a boutique plaintiff's firm in Olympia, Washington, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice. After eight years in plaintiff's personal injury work, Samantha sought new challenges and shifted to asbestos defense. At CMBG3 Law, she manages multiple NCC accounts and has developed extensive experience in case management, legal research, and writing. Her skills encompass all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial, including document review, drafting court pleadings, client communication, and trial preparation.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and two Bernese Mountain dogs, staying active in the world of CrossFit and vacationing to different cities in Mexico.
