Bergeron took a forward-thinking look at the current state of toxic tort litigation in Rhode Island and the impact of recent decisions on future practice in the state.  They presented on this topic at the annual Rhode Island Bar Association conference on June 21, 2018.  Their panel discussion was entitled Rhode Island Toxic Tort Updates and they presented attendees with information regarding how recent Rhode Island cases will impact anyone practicing in the toxic torts field.
