Mr. Gaughan’s session, Wearable Technology: A New Tool in Claims Defense, will explore the topic of wearable technology and self-tracking devices such as Fitbits and smart watches, which collect and store personal data. The presentation will examine the ways in which such information can be preserved, discovered and used to verify and deny claims.
