John Gardella was recently interviewed by Pam McFarland, reporter for Engineering News-Record (ENR) on the 3rd Circuit Court’s recent decision to dismiss a legal challenge by Chemours of the EPA’s Health Advisory Level for GenX (see our prior article on the Court’s decision). The article examines the 3rd Court decision, other pending legal challenges to EPA’s drinking water regulations, and the impact of the same on companies. John provided his thoughts on challenges that will be raised to the EPA’s drinking water regulations, as well as likely appeal outcomes to the U.S. Supreme Court.
