John Gardella was recently interviewed for a GreenBiz article titled “What Businesses Should Know About Colorado’s New Forever Chemicals Ban.” The author, Meg Wilcox, details a recent legislative ban passed in Colorado on PFAS in various consumer products, and examines how the new law will impact similar PFAS initiatives in other states. John provided insights on the law’s impact on other state initiatives, sourcing and supply chain issues that make it difficult for industries to comply with product bans, and the impact of the recent Supreme Court decision of West Virginia v. EPA on how states will approach granting their regulatory agencies power to regulate PFAS moving forward.
