Attorney Brendan Gaughan recently added to his impressive trial experience, as well as his experience representing clients in criminal matters, when he obtained a not guilty verdict for one client and a case dismissal for another. The jury trial case was an Operating Under the Influence (OUI) case in which Attorney Gaughan successfully argued that his client was not under the influence of alcohol when he accidently struck a telephone pole at night. The jury returned a not guilty verdict the same day. Attorney Gaughan also represented a client in a case in which his client was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace in connection with an altercation that occurred outside of a tavern in Abington. Attorney Gaughan negotiated a dismissal for his client.
