Overview
Mark Boivin is a Senior Counsel in CMBG3 Law’s Boston office and he is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Mark has nearly 20 years of litigation experience, with specialization in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, and personal injury. He uses his significant knowledge and experience to represent the firm’s clients in the asbestos litigation. In addition, Mark has significant experience as a corporate transactional attorney, wherein he has represented companies with employment, contractual, risk management and international business issues. Further, he has represented companies in the pharmaceutical industry to assist them with their transactional and litigation needs.
Mark also served as Vice President and General Counsel of the National Response Corporation (NRC) - a global environmental and emergency services corporation - for nearly three years. There, he served as counsel for the company for risk management, insurance policy management, contract review and negotiation, outside counsel oversight, litigation management, foreign licensing, trademarks, corporate document management, FCPA compliance and human resources issues.
Mark has served in the U.S. Coast Guard for over 26 years, providing dedicated service to our country as a Chief Boatswain’s Mate.
