Dale Radford

Overview

Dale Radford is an Attorney in CMBG3 Law’s California office. Prior to joining CMBG3, Dale litigated complex CERCLA (Superfund) actions, representing clients in environmental disputes involving contaminated sites. His work settling personal injury and premises liability cases for large, publicly traded entities has also equipped him with valuable experience in toxic tort and insurance defense.

Dale earned his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings), where he distinguished himself as a Senior Supervising Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Journal and competed on the A.B.A. Client Counseling Team. He also worked as a legal research assistant for Professor Jessica Vapnek, served at the Employment Law Clinic, and co-led the Hastings Student Animal Legal Defense Fund Chapter. Dale was awarded the Stephen Cohen Scholarship for Public Interest Writing. His legal insights have been published in the Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment and on Mapistry Inc.'s Environmental Litigation Blog. Dale earned his B.A. in Psychology with an Anthropology minor from UCLA, graduating cum laude. At UCLA, Dale's commitment to community outreach led him to mentor incarcerated juveniles and provide health education to underserved youth.

Outside of work, Dale volunteers his time in animal advocacy and is an executive committee member of the Animal Law section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
